Håkan Millroth, CEO
Before co-founding Tail-f Systems, Mr. Millroth held an executive
management position at Interpeak, an embedded software vendor that was acquired
by Wind River in 2005. Previously, he was a co-founder and CTO of Bluetail,
a software company that was acquired by Alteon Websystems in 2000.
Mr. Millroth's career also includes several management roles at Ericsson and
Nortel Networks. Mr. Millroth began his career as a Professor of Computer
Science at Uppsala University, where he conducted experimental research in
distributed systems. |

Carl Moberg, COO
Before joining Tail-f Systems, Mr. Moberg held several management positions at
ServiceFactory, a company that he co-founded in 1999. Prior to ServiceFactory,
Mr. Moberg was one of the principal architects of Telia's Internet service platform.
This platform was an industry first, supporting a wide variety of access types
and application services in an integrated fashion to millions of subscribers. |

Urban Lindegren, VP of Worldwide Sales
A co-founder of Tail-f Systems, Mr. Lindegren has extensive
experience and demonstrable success in building high-growth sales organizations
and worldwide sales channels for embedded software companies. Mr. Lindegren’s 20
years of experience includes executive management positions with Interpeak and
ENEA, as well as account manager and engineering positions with Bergman & Beving and Ericsson. |

Johan Bevemyr, Chief Software Engineer
Mr. Bevemyr has almost 30 years experience in software programming and he
wrote and sold his first program at the age of twelve. Prior to co-founding Tail-f Systems
he was a co-founder at Bluetail and he has worked for Ericsson, Alteon,
and Nortel. Mr. Bevemyr has extensive experience of distributed systems and
is Tail-f Systems' representative in the SA Forum. He has a PhD in Computer
Science from Uppsala University. |

Martin Björklund, Chief Architect
Mr. Björklund is a co-founder of Tail-f Systems and has more than a decade of network management systems
experience. He was also a co-founder of Bluetail and before that he has worked
for Ericsson, Alteon and Nortel. Mr. Björklund is also an active participant
in IETF's NETCONF working group and he has a M.Sc in Computer Engineering
from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. |

Michael Klemens, VP of North American Sales
Prior to joining Tail-f Systems, Mr. Klemens held senior sales management positions with companies including Artisan Software Tools, Wind River Systems, and Interpeak. During his tenure as VP of Worldwide Sales, Interpeak was acquired by Wind River Systems. Mr. Klemens has a successful track record of building teams and growing sales in the embedded systems industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing degree from Maryland University.

David Sonnek, Director
David Sonnek is responsible for Business Development / Technology at SEB
Venture Capital since year 2000. Prior to SEB, Mr. Sonnek was the director
of business planning at Ericsson Telecom and has held a number of executive
positions in R&D, marketing and strategic planning within the Ericsson Group.
Before joining Ericsson, he built a successful consultancy business in data
communication and real-time programming. Mr. Sonnek has a research background
in experimental atomic physics and is the author of more than 20 scientific
papers in that field. He holds a PhD from the Royal Institute of Technology
and an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics and the Wharton School,
University of Pennsylvania. |

Bart Burstein, Director
Bart Burstein is a consultant to several Silicon Valley, Canadian and
European startup companies. Previously he held the position of VP of Business
Development for Nortel's Intelligent Internet Business Unit, a role that resulted
from the acquisition of Alteon Websystems by Nortel in the fall of 2000. Mr. Burstein
was one of the original executives at Alteon, his fifth startup venture, where he led
various sales and business development functions throughout the company's formative
stages, growth, IPO and acquisition. During the course of his career, he has held
positions in channel sales, international sales, marketing and engineering.
Mr. Burstein received executive training at the Wharton School and has a graduate
degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan. |
