The following services are provided as part of Tail-f Systems’ product subscription and support program:
- Email and phone access to Support Engineers from 9am to 5pm Central European Time
- Optionally extended support hours
- Same day response with guaranteed problem escalation
- Software downloads including the latest software release as well as any updates or enhancements occurring in-between releases
- On-line documentation
- Open and closed problem reports (with the resolution for each closed problem report)
