Tail-f Systems’ customers receive technical support from senior engineers with in-depth knowledge of our products, code, and applications. We take pride in delivering both world-class products and excellent support.

The following services are provided as part of Tail-f Systems’ product subscription and support program:

  • Email and phone access to Support Engineers from 9am to 5pm Central European Time
  • Optionally extended support hours
  • Same day response with guaranteed problem escalation
  • Software downloads including the latest software release as well as any updates or enhancements occurring in-between releases
  • On-line documentation
  • Open and closed problem reports (with the resolution for each closed problem report)
