Tail-f Systems, the leading developer of on-device configuration management software for networking equipment providers, today announced a milestone of 30 equipment provider customers using the NETCONF protocol modules of ConfD, its flagship product.

Tail-f Systems newly released ConfD 2.9 gives developers all the tools needed to implement an on-device configuration management solution based on NETCONF and the YANG data modeling language. The release introduces support for many advanced YANG features including RPC definitions.
