Tail-f Systems Brings Configuration Management Expertise to Metro Ethernet Forum

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN – February 23, 2010 – Tail-f Systems, the leading developer of configuration management software for networking equipment providers, today announced its membership in the Metro Ethernet Forum (MEF), a worldwide industry interest group dedicated to promoting the global migration to Carrier Ethernet networks and services.

The MEF, as the defining body for Carrier Ethernet, is a global industry alliance comprising more than 160 organizations including telecommunications service providers, cable MSOs, network equipment/software manufacturers, semiconductor vendors and testing organizations.
